On occasion, I have. If I go a day without using a steroid on my ears, they will get swollen, painful and extremely dry looking. I've made it a habit to apply aquaphor healing ointment all over my ears throughout the day and that seems to help some. All it takes is a day to go without either or and my ears quickly go haywire.

My ears have been a mess since November. After a few trips to Drs finally was told I have Ear Psoriasis. Dermatologist just put me on Minocycline because of ear swelling and pain. I need to learn how to keep it from coming back.

Hi! I get it in and around my ears, I get very self conscious and embarrassed to admit this but I do. From my own experience, I find that using the OT MG217 psoriasis moisturizing lotion helps. I have to use a Q-tip to even get some a bit inside my ear, (Not all the way of course) just around. Right now because its been sol cold outside my ears all around and in have been flaring.

Hi Amanda. I have been told I have it in my ears outside and behind as well. Right now my ear is swollen shut and painful to touch the outside ear part closest to my cheek. Do you have swelling/pain with your ear canals?

I have it all over my ears, including in the ear canals, and behind my ears.
