MG217 3% sal-acid moisturizing cream for scalp psoriasis - any expetience?

Has anyone used MG217 3% sal-acid moisturizing cream for scalp psoriasis? My scalp is getting worse and coal tar formulas are not working, so I bought this. Has anyone tried it? Any other OTC or affordable topical suggestions? Thanks

OK I didn't know they have a shampoo. I put the cream on the scalp and that is helping. Anyway, thanks for your very useful advice!
