i also took some fish oil boost immune system
have not took vitamin d3 yet boost immune system
i have some tea tree oil have not tried it yet
also have some pure aloe oil only used 1x
i watched some videos about its what you eat that can curve it
may be total hogwash

Topical Coal Tar ( I used MG217 with success ) is OTC, but you’ll need to apply it 3-4x daily @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member, and it may take a month or so to work ;) That’s been used for hundreds of years, think about it. Why would they keep manufacturing it if it didn’t work? Why would people keep buying and using it. … Like lots of things, it takes sticktoitiveness.. ardor.. follow through.

Changing how you eat has helped thousands and thousands of people. I am only one of them. When I think of how long it makes some people to try this, it makes me cry. I’m so much better off than I was it’s like being 98% back to normal. I use one topical med ( only IF anything threatens to appear) and everything else is base on what I eat, getting enough rest, breathing clean air, exercise. Like everything, it may not work for everyone, but I bet more people have this not work due to lack of follow through. It requires dedication lots of people just don’t want to put towards it, but that doesn’t make it hogwash ;)
