Your best option to determine if you have PSA is to see a Rheumatologist. They will do an exam and bloodwork and be able to give you a diagnosis and go over treatment options. If you have had psoriasis for years and are having pain, swelling and or inflammation in your joints, chances are, you have PSA .
Symptoms of PSA can range from tenderness and stiffness in some joints to severe debilitating pain…..

First for me was pain in my feet, could hardly walk some days. Then random pain in other joints/ areas. Now dealing with pain everywhere, blurry vision.

nothing right now.skin aint that bad right now.when i was teenager really bad.but i do notice joints are getting sore now.dont know if something do with my psoriasis or just cause of turning 50yr
