Cortisone creams work well initially but tend not to fully get rid of it and you shouldn’t use it long term. My daughter had psoriasis around her eyes when she was a toddler and this coal tar cream was prescribed by a paediatric dermatologist. I now use it regularly when I get flares around my eyes. It needs to be made up by a pharmacist. You need to use it regularly for a couple of weeks before you get the full effects. I’ve tried a lot of other things but always come back to this cream.
