You can take oral steroids which may alleviate your symptoms. Psoriasis can go into remission. You say you are stressed. Antidepressants or anti-anxiety meds can help lower stress. When I was happier, my skin was always better. I began with Psoriasis about 50 yrs ago... It has been off an on. The worse flare ups I have had were immune responses due to illness. Biologic medicine was the only thing that worked for me. I have been on Skyrizi almost a year and a half and haven't had any psoriasis spots or flares.
Steroids are not a long term solutions I have it in my ears and it drives me crazy
