In my experience, whatever cream/lotion I’m using to treat other areas and it’s working..I just use on my palm. It is messy depending on the consistency of the cream; but I find the “barrier” type creams are more messy due to thickness. The lotion type seem to absorb quickly. I’ve also, in the past, put the cream on and then latex gloves on for about 5 minutes to let it absorb!
