try T-Gel, its a therapeutic shampoo from the drug store that targets psoriasis, dandruff, and dry scalp

I tried it today. Hopefully it works, I’ve just about tried everything and nothing has helped with the scaling or the itching!

I usually just put Vaseline on my scalp and when the dry patches loosen I wash my head in the shower
