I stay away from pasta and white potatoes. Whenever I eat a mostly green veggies diet, my psoriasis improves a ton

I appreciate your getting back with me. Since I was 52 years of age I have been hypothyroid. Recently I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. I am also prediabetic. Therefore, I have been on a low fatty diet and no sugar, no gluten, no soy. I still feel anxious and depressed. I am also taking a heavy regiment of vitamins and minerals. I found that has helped me somewhat.

Very helpful replies to my question! Thank you! Interesting enough I am also hypothyroid and prediabetic. I have concluded that I probably shouldn’t eat! Just kidding!

Fresh foods. Cooking from scratch is fun. Look out for anything that that can cause inflammation. I drink decaffeinated tea. There are alternatives to sugar, salt, everything… but moderation is the key.
