If U come into Contact with some Substance it could Produce that effect SL817. Some refer to it a Contact Dermatitis. I lost my hearing in my right ear. But the ear/nose specialist diagnosed it as auto immune hearing loss. I was on a BIG dose of prednisone and some med that was for malaria, it worked! I still lost a lot of tone, but I can hear.
My ears were so dry they were concave.
Thank God for good Doctors who listen and understand. I feel blessed ❤️

I usually get it on the outside of the ear. That is my cue that it is time for my medication. Then it goes away.

My ears itch and get very sore, along with some swelling

I have it in my ears , if I get a bad flare it can cause so swelling 😢
