Has anyone ever used betamethasone dipropinate for scalp psariosis? Was it effective? Also anyone have home remedies that work?

The reason I am asking for home remedies is because I am currently out of the medication and I need alternative ones. Until I can get more of the medication and I would like to be able to use it on the scalp because that is where most of my psariosis is. Thank you!
