The impact of yogurt on psoriasis varies from person to person. Some people with psoriasis find that yogurt positively influences their condition due to its probiotic content, which can support gut health and the immune system. However, others may experience flare-ups or increased inflammation, especially if they are sensitive to dairy. It's important to understand your body's response to yogurt and consider keeping a food diary to track any changes in your symptoms.

Everyone is different, but I eat Greek yogurt every day to get all the good gut feeding elements in it. You should make sure your yogurt doesn’t have any added sugars or chemicals in it. What I did find was impacting me was any processed foods and processed sugar so I only eat whole foods now and symptoms are much better. But some people do have trouble with dairy so you have to try and see how it affects you. Good luck.
