Have you tried silk socks - you can usually find them at outdoor stores - or Ski stores. They tend to be easy to wear and breathe well, it is worth a try.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member. Can you wear Croc brand shoes while working? There are many new styles some of which are great for office or kitchen work, medical. Wide toe boxes, heel cups, and thick rubber is the easiest on feet that are on "the floor" all day.😌🙏

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing. Here are some suggestions based on the context provided:

1. Cotton Socks:
- The Psoriasis Association recommends wearing socks made with 100% cotton as they are breathable and can help prevent sweating and infections.
- Many MyPsoriasisTeam members prefer cotton socks for comfort and symptom management.

2. Gel Socks:
- Some members have found relief using gel socks, which have a gel lining that releases essential oils, aloe vera, and other moisturizers. These can help keep your feet soft and supple.

3. Moisturizing Routine:
- Apply a thick moisturizer (like petroleum jelly, shea butter, or a thick cream) to your feet at night and wear cotton socks to lock in hydration. This can help reduce pain and discomfort.

4. Compression Socks:
- If you experience swelling or joint pain, compression socks might help. They apply pressure around your feet and ankles, which can improve blood circulation and reduce pain.

5. Shoe Inserts:
- Consider using shoe inserts to reduce friction and pressure on your feet, which can help prevent psoriasis flares due to the Koebner phenomenon.

I hope these suggestions help you find some relief!
