I have been addressing this condition that I have been experiencing quite recently with the treatment offered in Dr Pagano's book "Healing Psoriasis" (found on Amazon) and using the products https://www.baar.com/psoriasis-care-kit. I've been on this treatment plan for about a week and already seen the symptoms diminish - itching and redness on fingers.

Yes, members of MyPsoriasisTeam have tried Dr. Pagano's book "Healing Psoriasis: The Natural Alternative." Here are some of their experiences:

- One member mentioned, "I swear by Dr. Pagano and Edgar Cayce’s theories. I’m a strong believer. It’s a difficult lifestyle, but you should at least incorporate some of their theories."
- Another member shared, "I’ve been researching the diet aspect of psoriasis for a while — John Pagano and also Jason Vale, who suffered with psoriasis but used juicing to become 100 percent clear."
- A different member explained their approach to healthy eating, noting that their dermatologist advised avoiding sugar and carbs, and they found that avoiding nightshade vegetables and incorporating more anti-inflammatory foods helped.

However, there is not enough clinical research to scientifically support the claims made in Dr. Pagano's book. Always discuss any major dietary changes with your healthcare provider.
