Yes, Bekynd alleviates the flaking and itching for me. I think it helps with the dry scalp I have from constant shampooing, also. I started Embril 6 weeks ago and thankfully my scalp is about back to normal. Am so happy so far.

They are all completely different compounds that act on different organisms/conditions. Do a Google query on each to understand better what they do.

I have found that Bekynd scalp scrub really helps me. I use it every 2nd or 3rd day, rub it into my scalp. Leave it in for 10 minutes, use their silicone brush gently, and shower and shampoo.

The ketoconazole/Nizoral just provides temporary relief for my scalp psoriasis. I use it once or twice a week. I use Aveeno sensitive scalp relief shampoo the rest of the time and that combination (with conditioner) works okay. I also have topical medicines for worse itching.
