Members responded with heartfelt support to the question about constant hip, pelvis, and groin pain, with many confirming this is a very real and often overlooked part of psoriatic arthritis. Several members shared that the pain can be debilitating and migrating, affecting knees, wrists, ankles, and shoulders, with some managing it through biologics like Enbrel or Humira, physical therapy, ice, heat, or daily walking. A recurring theme was the importance of seeing a rheumatologist early, since damage can be irreversible, and the emotional comfort of finding community when friends and family struggle to understand invisible pain.

Happy birthday! You are not alone. I had the arthritis pain before I had skin issues. The hip and groin area came on about the same age as you. It gets worse as time moves on. PSA is not a thing that most people know about so support is almost never there. I try not to judge anyone for not understanding. Good luck on your journey. There are a lot of helpful people here with tips on diet and exercise to help with reducing the inflammation. I have no will power so I go the biological route. Whatever you decide remember the damage is irreversible and needs to be addressed. See a doctor soon and a rheumatologist.
