I take Methotrexate pills once a week and has had a 95% success rate. Try looking at Tremfia for the psoriasis. I had a 100% success rate with it. I take shot every 8 weeks.

It's important to understand that methotrexate may take time to show its full effectiveness. While some people respond well to methotrexate, studies show it has a success rate of only 25-30% compared to other treatments like biologics, which have success rates of 80-85%. If you're continuing to develop new psoriasis spots while on your current treatment plan, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They may need to adjust your dosage or consider alternative treatment options. Initial therapy often starts with topical treatments, then progresses to systemic treatments like methotrexate when needed, but there are other options available if your current treatment isn't providing adequate relief. Remember that while taking methotrexate, you should be getting regular blood tests to monitor your kidney and liver function. Also, make sure you're taking any recommended folic acid supplements, as methotrexate can deplete folic acid levels in your body.
