For sensitive skin affected by psoriasis, it's best to use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers. Many people find success with mild, non-detergent soaps specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Some recommended options include CeraVe and Cetaphil products, or even baby soap without fragrances. Some MyPsoriasisTeam members have found success making their own gentle cleaning solutions.
