🙂Hey natalieB... so they call this condition auto-immune. I do not believe in using the "d" word but have learned to put Up with it and give it some nice posts. The ears are one of our main organs on our person... if something goes wrong with them, dollars to donuts it's our immunity talking...

I have a small one now. I used to grow loofahs! Sometimes I use a clean dish scrubby that I’ve never used for dishes to scrub my skin!! Feels so good!! Like a back scratcher.

While some people report using hydrogen peroxide for psoriasis symptoms, there's no scientific evidence supporting its use. In fact, it could potentially make psoriasis symptoms worse. It's important to be cautious with home remedies that aren't backed by research. Some MyPsoriasisTeam members have shared using hydrogen peroxide, particularly for feet and hands, often combining it with other treatments like Vaseline or coal tar cream. However, it's strongly recommended to talk to your healthcare team before trying hydrogen peroxide on your skin.

Instead, consider discussing proven topical treatments with your dermatologist. Many people find relief with moisturizers containing salicylic acid and coal tar, which are available in various forms like lotions, shampoos, and bath solutions.
