I tried a loofah and no t a fan. I use a scrubbie for years. Last week I ordered this little massager brush and ir works great....it removes about 90% of the excess scales off my scalp just leaving the true spots with the plaque thus gonna talk to my primary care when we get home from Virginia Beach....the only problem with the brush is this cute little 6 year old has an attachment to it so my payday I need to get another one...she crys when her hair is brushed and right out of the box she was brushing out her own knots.

I have started to get it on my face low on top of that adult acne that shows it's ugly. I use Clean and Clear morning and bedtime face washes for aging skin, Rose Water Astringent and clean and clear aging lotion after that drys I add crepe correction lotion for dry aging skin (my husband and I call it creepy or crappy skin lotion spell check kept changing it so we thought those souned better lol) I use. that on the dry splotches on my face....if I have psoriasis or acne coming up I also use the Clean and Clear Toner

🙂right... there's a lot of things we can do on our end to help. Have U ever used a loofa sponge or a charcoal micro-fiber cloth?

I @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member agree but if you cannot help but scratch that peroxide clears up bleeding you have caused and any loose scalling from the psoriasis you cannot reach
