Recently tested for other autoimmune issues and waiting for outcome/results so want to see if any conditions commonly come up.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I took metformin and lisenopril for about 8 months then changed my diet and got off both. My numbers were very low and my doctor wanted me on the same dosage as my husband whose numbers were high. The drugs made me feel awful. So it's been about 9 years without meds.
I just got a lot of results yesterday, most of which were negative. I have osteoarthritis, not PSA. I’m still waiting for an appointment with a neurologist, because I have developed tremors. Maybe I’m just old?
I am about to do the same ( chia seeds) read a lot of good things about them.
Oh thanks for asking Natalie I got to the point of getting a referral to a rheumatologist, they think there is high indication of autoimmune activity so need to be tested for more other than my PSA now.
Sounds like you have a busy and fun household there. Well raising grandkids by living with them can make them sad when they're little if you go away for a while. You just tell you'll be back soon and can't wait to see them when you do. It's nice when those little ones want you to stay. But you need to see other family also sometimes.
Sorry you’re having a rough couple of days. Wishing you relief soon.
