I use 2 honeybull 3 prong canes. It has a spring between the body and prongs. So if you go down inclines or uneven ground the bottom stays flat. It was recommended by my pt guy. I highly recommend it.

The need for a stair lift with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) depends on your individual symptoms and mobility challenges. Some people with PsA use mobility aids to help manage their condition, particularly during flare-ups when pain and inflammation make movement difficult.
While not everyone with PsA will need a stair lift, it could be beneficial if you:
• Experience severe foot and ankle pain
• Have difficulty walking or climbing stairs
• Need help taking weight off your feet
• Have frequent flare-ups that limit mobility Before investing in a stair lift, consider consulting with your healthcare provider to:
• Evaluate your specific mobility needs
• Discuss treatment options that might improve mobility
• Get recommendations for appropriate mobility aids
• Explore exercise and physical therapy options that could help maintain joint function
Remember that mobility needs can change over time, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some people manage with simpler mobility aids while others may benefit from more substantial assistance like a stair lift.
