Hi Wren2, I believe we have something in Common. I live in Appalachia Mountains, near Cumberland, and I see u r in Westernport .. Small ,sma world... Well what I can say to u Wren , is we do have these Extra Beautiful Mountains to see daily, especially now that it is The beginning of Fall , & we are able to Walk out the front door or look out my bedroom window & View the WV MOUNTAINS, along side the Maryland Mountains, FULL OF MAGICAL COLORS. That can bring ones STRESS DOWN!!!! I Even take my Shoes off, as often as I can and WALK BAREFOOTED in the green, It's wonderful for ur Heart and Ur SOUL, TRY IT, it makes, ME feel GROUNDED, FREER and a little bit of SERENITY, AINT BAD EITHER... LOTS OF SIMPLE WAYS TO RELIEVE THAT STRESS AND ANXIETY. Every little bit came give ALOT

Wow? I have had all if them at 70 years old with an aggressive case of PsA. Never had any pain from modern flu shots. Sorry to read that.
Anxiety is easy to tackle. I use an occasional benzoid med. Stress leaves almost instantly. For anyone with PsA I pray you have a good rheumatologist

Yes everytime we get the COVID Shots and we have had COVID 7 times and each time the pain levels increase.

I just received my Covid (Moderna), the same 1 get got from the Beginning of Covid. I didn't want The Pfizer shot cause I am allergic to everything, idw but have been since, Forever, so I am very careful to NOT try anything New, or change over...but I also got the Flu shot along with the Covid shot, that was on a Wednesday, it is the following Monday, now and I a JUST started to get back k to My Normal. Lots of joint and mostly Muscle pain. I took 400mg of Motrin, which i don't take that often anymore but that DRUG, when on long term, destroys your STOMACH. I ended up bleeding from my rectum, yup, it happen and was,told to NEVER TAKE everyone Motrin ( ibuprofen) I stopped at age 50, now 70 I have taken 1 or 2 times, CAUSE IT WORKS FAST, but I do stair away from it, Only in a pinch... I am a MMCC patient since 2023, and waited YEARS B4 I decide I need to Try anything for my Whole Body pain from PsA, RA, Skin Psoriasis, Joint pain, anxiety from the pain and anxiety and I only use CHEWIES, I find after help from those experienced staff that THC & CBG, not CBD, works excellent together... The chewies one will have to work with, pretenting to dosages. You start LOW AND SLOW. CHEWIES ( EDIBLES) literally has kinda SAVED ME. Edibles can take up to 4hours to take effect but u know it when it does and I find it the perfect thing for my P.A.I.N
