I have read that psoriasis in the ear canals can build up and cause hearing loss😧
I have been going about for 15 years with PSA, the only signs being the plaques in my ear canals, so I know your frustration.
If I hadn’t been fortunate enough (i know right!) to have plaques finally arrive on my shins, hands, inverse last fall I would still be undiagnosed.
But the ears have been a horrific experience!
On the ears is a hassle in the ears is frustrating. At least on the outside of the ears you can notice it to have it treated but try getting someone with just the inside of the ears to acknowledge it. The best I or closest I've come is a doctor looked in and said you highly likely have it. But did nothing but give me steroid drops which did nothing except make you feel worse after like it built up more. You can't win for trying but you got to try to see if you find something that works. It's a trial
I have developed psoriasis on the bridge of my nose where my eyeglasses sit. It has also begun to appear in my ears. Moisturizing helps some.
