Yes Pitting, discoloration of my nails, even lost of a few Nail on my hands, came off totally. My toes nail, I never lost one but they were Thick and deformed and it was hard at times to wear SHOES because the thickness, the uncomfortable of it, made it painful to wear, but Wear I Dis. U know trying to ask kinda Normal , like ther people do. But with great discomfort, I just lived with it...I do recommend NOT to Paint your pitted NAILS. It only brought MORE ATTENTION to My Nails. THE dips & the pitting were much more noticable.but u can try,u may be able to get away with it. Depends on the severity of it all. In time when one finds the best treatment. It can change for the better, IT CAN BE HARD AT TIMES to stay Positive. But u will only do Better in Your journey with the Best attitude and, finding ways to receive STRESS, your worst enemy by far. One can find a friend, some confidence in oneself, reading, learning , experimenting and finding new ways.. every little bit Helps And Improved your daily life. Welcome my New Friend 🧡
