Thank you for taking the time to reply and yes i must do something to ease the pain and stiffness I'm impressed with what cosentyx did for the psoriasis no side affects but nothing for the arthritis

To my understanding cannabis is to help manage pain more than anything. It won't make the condition less of a reaction.
Otezla is actually a option that has been around for some time according to a doctor I've been to. I've looked it up and it doesn't seem to have high risks like the other ones. If offered that I would try it.

It's best to find something for coping with this as your body needs help to slow or calm it down.
