Perhaps I would give it a good review Patricia.... but it's different from one team member to another. Turmeric is a hidden gem of a spice. It's really odd how it works though. It's a good alternative to Advil. Putting it on your food is more of an acquired taste with it's bitter flavor. The supplements show major promise when it comes to lowering inflammation. Maybe vitamin D before turmeric though-I recently did a post about it. U do get what U pay for though with most supplements. I have had really bad Turmeric due to paying a lower price, be careful.🤷🏻‍♂️Nordic Naturals is a good brand.
