There's a term called "heliotherapy" you might have been thinking of, since it sounds close to "helium." But heliotherapy is just natural sunlight (UV radiation) exposure, which I've heard can help psoriasis.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member that looks like stand up tanning bed made of one wall....when I tanned I tried the stand up once or twice....seems like a year holing your arms up the whole time....I had a system went to the gym after work and if I didn't run into cowers I got out right after my exercises...if coworkers were there we would jump in or out of classes too...so I would skip tanning....other wise I did my cardio, weights and shower, then left to go tan (which dried my hair while tanning usually 20 minutes 10 on my stomach turnig my face over after 5 minutes then flipped over after 10 minutes and napped in and out over the 20 minutes...left there picked up a Slurrpee, picked up my daughter from orchestra if she was there and went to the high school wrestling room with my slurpee and school books in hand..picked a matt sat down and started my homework for the night while my son practiced. in-between 5-10 of the wrestlers decide my Slurpee was everyones...until the coaches son who was dating my daughter one night he tried to sneak over to get slurpee between breaks....so everyone had to stop do around 20 laps around the big gym and if anyone complained it was upped to 50 laps then he extended practices for at least another hour since they, always had wrestling competitions to go to on weekends and matches during the week with other schools. His club coach walked up to me and said well little girl you get a little quiet from all these wrestlers that think every mom in here it their mom. But even out if town wrestlers preferred to stay at your house or the locals are always at your house....I told him I shut my self in the bedroom and do school work...they come to me and I send them to Mark.

My whole body was psoriasis free for years just from going to tanning beds....The pain is so bad now it hurts to lay in the tanning beds anymore and I have not seen one in the mountains where we live.

Yes... a lot of these new items of technology worry me a bit.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member are those in homes? In both bathrooms of my sons house both have a red light...are they one in the same?

Oh.... I do not know about that. Using a red light therapy device is like sitting in the sun for a while. I saw a review on a device sold on the amazon.com with fairly good reviews.🤷🏻‍♂️
