π¦I was going to go with the Red Light Therapy device for the winter time but am hearing different reviews.π€·π»ββοΈ
There's a term called "heliotherapy" you might have been thinking of, since it sounds close to "helium." But heliotherapy is just natural sunlight (UV radiation) exposure, which I've heard can help psoriasis.
Yes... a lot of these new items of technology worry me a bit.
Oh.... I do not know about that. Using a red light therapy device is like sitting in the sun for a while. I saw a review on a device sold on the amazon.com with fairly good reviews.π€·π»ββοΈ
I do not know, maybe. The Red Light Therapy devices look something like this:
I was searching for it online..... seems as though helium "the gas" is actually used in low-level light therapy for things such as skin disorders. Never heard of the heliotherapy though, I'll check it out.π
-Something more about this topic though that I think about from time to time: We are always talking about the cure & what is going to fix it. Something tells me that if we have an epidermal abnormality then maybe it's telling Us something about our wellness. From what I know skin problems are tell tale signs of something that's right not something that's wrong. So.... if we start tampering with mother nature & that which is right - we might have other problems springing Up that might be wrong...
Seems like everybody is promoting, how to fix it in a hurry not be passive in the face of such a wonderful sign or symptom. It's pretty simple math. It's not that Im against light therapy or anything, Im just not a believer just yet.π€·π»ββοΈ
