Is there an over the counter face lotion to help dryness?

My plague psoriasis has moved from my scalp. It started in my eyebrows. Know its on my chin and possibly starting around my nose. It seems to be more controlled If it isn't so dry.

I pushed to wrong button. I have psoriasis on 3 of my fingers and a tiny bit in my eyebrows. I have psoriatic arthritis in my knees, hip, elbow, feet and ankles. Sometime it's really hard to walk.
