I’m traveling to an area of a Brazil for a week that has a small yellow fever risk. I’ve been advised to get the vaccine and told I’d have to go off methotrexate for 4 weeks before and after to be safe. That will mean a likely flare which I don’t want! Wondering if there are other options or how to weigh the risks?
