Thank you for your advice
Hi the flare ups are a direct result of what is happening in your gut. I do water fasting for 36 hours twice a week and intermittent fasting the rest of the week no sugar no gluten no seed oils the itching has drastically subsided the scales on my skin are gone and my skin is now healing naturally . You must go to YouTube and watch Dr Pradip Jamnadas fasting for survival lecture to learn more about water fasting it has helped me tremendously and I know I will be fasting for a long time to come it is definitely better than anything I have tried in the past and it is completely natural. Also twice a day I have half a teaspoon of black seed oil mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil as a carrier oil. I make my own lentil bread and rolls use coconut oil and ghee for cooking and no fried foods
Happy healing to you
Thank you kindly
