Also my paternal grandmother had arthritis pretty bad but no one can tell me what kind and I understand my aunts on that side also did. I have researched it and it seems pointed to psoriatic arthritis. I also have ridges in my fingernails which is also a sign.
Sounds like PSA, get into a reumatologist for testing. They can rule out all the other arthritis’s. UNfortunately PSA is a diagnosis of elimination. Good luck.
Tenho melhora excelente com auto hemoterapia. Maioria dos médicos não prescreve por falta de conhecimento e pelo fato do CFM não autorizar o procedimento, contudo, é uma ótima opção de tratamento.
Like you my psoriasis was mostly on my scalp. But I had a great Deem who always asked me about any joint pain. The minute I had some she referred me to a Rheumatologist and they did all the testing to eliminate other arthritis and auto immune diseases- Paoriatic arthritis is a diagnosis of elimination. But the important thing is to get into a Rheumatologist as damage done by PSA is not reversible but you can stop progression. There are lots of treatment options and everyone react differently to each one, so keep trying if the first one doesn’t work. Good Luck!
It sounds like there are some real reasons to take this seriously and bring it up with a doctor. The combination of symptoms being described — psoriasis on the scalp, neck, and ears, joint pain, nail ridging, and a family history of arthritis — does align with several known indicators of psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
