... was reading about it online--seems like it might make psoriasis worse.
I have quite a few but they were already there prior to being diagnosed
I have a couple small ones. No problems. But when I was a kid all skin injuries turned into psoriasis.
I have a few tattoos and found that I don't tend to get psoriasis on them at all, even when the art was new. Don't know the science behind that because if I do get a bug bite or chigger bite or random whatever then I can develop a patch of psoriasis. I have found that even if I use the wrong type of skin cream it can make my skin burn and itch. This is one crazy disorder for sure! Good juju!
Do U ever get any psor on your tattoos?
Both of my arms and neck are heavily tattooed, which I never stopped doing as it covered surgery scars from elbow and neck arthritic damage. They also cover the flares I get on my arms, which makes me feel better (: I was getting tattoos since 93 and I wasnt diagnosed until 2020, so I never noticed or thought about what they may have done in contribution to my flares. I have not stopped, and I have more surgeries in the future that will leave more scars, so Im not stopping any time soon (:
