Tammy, I feel your pain & I Hear you. Flares can do as they please no matter how hard we workout, smile, agree & curse at the Moon. It all comes down to GOOD MENTAL HEALTH. It doesn't come on a silver platter, we have to put in Hard long work, to reach for the miracles that drop down apond us ,ever so often, & be Thankful for the small Respite. Then get up & do it all over again... Understanding this , in ways that may be different , like expecting each new treatment started, will be the golden goose. Then is doesn't, feels like defeat, maybe, disappointment a few more 4 sure, but after Decades, i am saying Decades , i Have Found My MIRACLE, i will embrace it, til there is no more, Because I know from living these Diseases, every day for years apond years, I give Thanks, for letting these past 3 year, with pain but MANAGABLE , To be A Blessing.
