I've started dry brushing the skin on my body with a natural bristle brush and know lots of people who use face brushing as part of their normal daily skin care routine but I've never actually tried it myself and think it's about time I started taking better care of the skin on my face. I was always afraid to do anything that might aggravate the psoriasis, but I don't feel like it would do that now. I feel like my face needs a really good brush or massage! Any recommendations welcomed.

I would like to know what drugs help alleviate the arthritis only, not the skin. And not opioids for pain. Not interested in pain killers. But something that helps the SWELLING and limited mobility. THANK YOU for sharing your experience.
