I have been on Humira for two years and my results are very good. However, I keep getting sick. I have had sinus infection (2 X), bronchitis, and sepsis all within 6 months or so. I see my Derm in a couple of weeks and I am thinking of asking if I should go off the Humira. I really hate to be covered in psoriasis again. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do?
Recently started on biologics after a couple of years trying various topical and systemic treatments.
Tried Cosentyx first. Made zero difference after initial 5 weekly starter doses.
So Dermatologist has now switched me to Taltz. Just took first starter dose this week.
I note that both drugs interact with the same interleukin (IL-17A).
Does anyone here have any knowledge or experience of switching from Cosentyx to Taltz? How likely is it that Taltz will do what Cosentyx didn't?

I have been on otezla since the last of March or April. I went to see my dermatologist today, and she didnt' like the results from the otezla, so she wants me to try Cosentyx. Wondering if that will work any better? And, anything I should be careful about?
I am looking at my health plan options. Kaiser has great rates but I am concerned that they would not cover my Cosentyx shots. Does anyone have experience as a Kaiser member?
I have taken many biologics (7 in total). Currently I am clear using Skyrizi. My body responds well to biologics but not surprisingly they lose effectiveness over time for me. My question is; has anyone ever went back on a biologic that they had previously failed on and had success with it? I have asked multiple dermatologists and have asked other forums but nobody seems to have tried it.
