He does say that I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I am concerned because he won't do any tests. He said that unless I have sausage fingers there's no need for testing. Three of my fingers have nodes on the end joint. I have tendon pain which he says is fibro... And knee, shoulder, elbow issues. Should I be concerned?? Get another opinion? I don't want to wait to get treatment until I'm decrepit. 😞
My rheumatologist says there is no test for psoriatic arthritis, so how do I find out if I have it?

Also, I feel pain and tenderness along my upper vertebrae and in my shoulder blade muscles. I'm slowly piecing together my medical history and symptoms I've experienced over the years. I had a severe case of achilles tendonitis as a teenager, more recently I've had elbow… read more
I'm hoping to start swimming to get gentle exercise. My skin is looking clearer and to be honest I don't really care what people think about my skin now, just want to get on with getting better which exercise and endorphins can only help with. I'm too tired and weak to go running or to the gym so was thinking swimming would be my best bet but I'm worried that chlorine will irritate or cause my skin to flare and I don't want that when my skin is improving. If anyone does swim I'd love to hear… read more
