Does Anybody Else Use Skyrizi, And If So, When Did You Start To See Results?

I just switched from Otezla to Skyrizi after months of Otezla doing nothing. I did the first injection about 2 weeks ago and I have the second injection in 2 weeks.

A MyPsoriasisTeam Member said:

Regimen Of Taltz

Regimen Of Taltz

I am about to begin the biologic Taltz and would be interesting in hearing from anyone who is and has had this treatment, i.e., side effects, how long before you experienced improvement, any information at all would be helpful.
Thanks very much,

I Take Skyrizi For My Psoriasis And PsA, Every Time I Take A Shot The First 24-36 Hours I Have Incredible Pain. Do Others Have This?

I Take Skyrizi For My Psoriasis And PsA, Every Time I Take A Shot The First 24-36 Hours I Have Incredible Pain. Do Others Have This?

I will have incredible pain that nothing seems to help for about 24-36 hours after the shot. The pain will start about 1 hour after the injections. Heat, cold, prescription pain meds, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, exercise nothing works but bed rest and if I'm lucky sleep.
This is the only biologic I've experienced this side effect with. I'm interested in seeing if anyone else has this side effect and what you do?

Has Anyone Here Taken Biologics While Pregnant?

Has Anyone Here Taken Biologics While Pregnant?

I have severe psoriasis & psoriatic arthritis. I started taking Cosentyx in January & it’s been amazing so far. All of my psoriasis is flattened & lighter in color, & my arthritis has had major improvements too. However, my husband & I are trying to conceive. It terrifies me going off of Cosentyx once I learn that I’m pregnant, but I also don’t want to do anything that could potentially risk the health of a future baby. Advice?

Biologics For Psoriasis

Biologics For Psoriasis

I have taken many biologics (7 in total). Currently I am clear using Skyrizi. My body responds well to biologics but not surprisingly they lose effectiveness over time for me. My question is; has anyone ever went back on a biologic that they had previously failed on and had success with it? I have asked multiple dermatologists and have asked other forums but nobody seems to have tried it. My motivation for the question is the fact that I have taken 7 of them and I am starting to run out of them… read more

Eye Issues Develop After Starting Skyrizi

Eye Issues Develop After Starting Skyrizi

Anyone on Skyrizi develop ANY kind of new eye issues or Vision changes after starting Skyrizi? If so, PLEASE comment and let me know what. There is a biologic that treats Ecezma (I probably spelled that wrong) Dermatitis which is a form of skin disease that does warn of eye issues as a possible side effect. Not for Psoriasis that i know of. It is called DUPIXENT. The reason for this question is I developed wet macular degeneration after starting Skyrizi. I contacted my advocate to see if… read more
