which home UVB (narrow band) is better? Any advise
I have had the UVB treatment (Ultraviolet B) but psoriasis came back after a month.
I'm 27 weeks pregnant with first child and can't use anything that with harm baby. Since getting pregnant it's gotten out of control. Makes walking very painful. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have read about people using sunbeds to help with psoriasis. Has anyone used this method and how long did it take you before it started to help.

Has anyone had the light therapy at the hospital? I have had 3 treatments and have already seen an improvement. How long did it take for your psoriasis to completely clear? Thanks guys :)
I have recently started accupuncture for psoriasis. I have had only 3 treatments so far with some small results. I have to go mon/wed/fri for the first while. I have no idea how long until I see bigger results and no idea if this will work long term. No creams were working for me and Im just so done with this. Has anyone else tried this?
I've had 14 full body treatments so far with narrow band UVB light therapy. My psoriasis seems to be getting worse, with new spots appearing & no improvement anywhere. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to see any improvement?
My health insurance (Cigna) is not going to cover my in home UVB Davelin 4 series machine as prescribed by my dermatologist. Has anyone dealt with their insurance and could you offer any advice or treatment options? I plan on appealing the decision. I only have the psoriasis on my forearms. The light therapy had been very helpful but I have to pay a copay of $40 3 x a week. Any suggestions or options would be greatly appreciated. Where I live the nearest dermatologist is hours away. Tanning beds help but I would like to have something more convenient at home.
