I have had the UVB treatment (Ultraviolet B) but psoriasis came back after a month.
I'm 27 weeks pregnant with first child and can't use anything that with harm baby. Since getting pregnant it's gotten out of control. Makes walking very painful. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have read about people using sunbeds to help with psoriasis. Has anyone used this method and how long did it take you before it started to help.
I have been aware of reduced hearing loss for many years. Finally had a hearing assessment which confirmed a mixed hearing loss (both inner and middle ear involvement. Now using hearing aids. I have recently started accupuncture for psoriasis. I have had only 3 treatments so far with some small results. I have to go mon/wed/fri for the first while. I have no idea how long until I see bigger results and no idea if this will work long term. No creams were working for me and Im just so done with this. Has anyone else tried this?
Has anyone had the light therapy at the hospital? I have had 3 treatments and have already seen an improvement. How long did it take for your psoriasis to completely clear? Thanks guys :)
I am having a bad week i cant walk my feet are cracked and bleeding . Currently am ising moisturiser and nigjt and morning syeroid creams . There not helping at all.
I have been offered either a psoriasis medication tablet i think . Or immunosuppresant medication but i dont know about either . Any imput would be appeeciated . I take 3 types of insulin and beta blockers so am nervous about medication .
I've had 14 full body treatments so far with narrow band UVB light therapy. My psoriasis seems to be getting worse, with new spots appearing & no improvement anywhere. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to see any improvement?
Has anyone else opted to not take these types of medications?
