Cleaning Products?

Cleaning Products?

I was just wondering if anyone has any specific cleaning products they use that don't wreak havoc on their hands!?! I feel like no matter what I use, even just vinegar water and dish soap irritates my hands and arms. Wearing gloves doesn't help! I have a reaction to them too! (Rubber and laytex)

Good Soaps And Lotions?

Good Soaps And Lotions?

I'm sure there are plenty of topics on this, but what are your preferred soaps and lotions for any part of the body? I'm looking for something non-prescription and affordable
I haven't tested many, and this isn't an entire list as I'm going off memory, but these have not helped my skin much if at all;

SHAMPOOS
Tar (US based aka minimal tar presence)
Yes To
Dandruff/Psoriasis/Dermatitis marketed brands i.e. Head & Shoulders

SOAPS

I don't think you need a "diet" as such. Keep it simple, try to eat foods in as natural a form as possible, for example fresh veggies, lean meat and fresh fruit. Reduce the amount of sauces, dressings… read more

For Wine Drinkers........does Your PsA Worsen If You Keep Your Drinking To A Minimum (4-5 Glasses In A Week)? Worsening Pain? More Plaques?

For Wine Drinkers........does Your PsA Worsen If You Keep Your Drinking To A Minimum (4-5 Glasses In A Week)? Worsening Pain? More Plaques?

I’m not a big drinker, but I do like wine. I cut back after my diagnosis because I read alcohol could exacerbate symptoms (In fact, I’ve barely drank at all the last 2 1/2 years). Wondering if symptoms will get worse if intake is kept to a minimum, and what should even be considered a minimum? Is anyone willing to share their experience in regards to wine (or alcohol in general) and PsA? Thanks so much!😁
