I was told that tanning beds are good for those with psoriasis. I just joined a gym that has tanning and red light therapy. Can anyone tell me? Being very fair skinned I don’t tan, but I don’t have insurance and am willing to try anything that might help.
Just tried coconut oil on belly button that flakes endlessly in and 2" out from there. Costly Dovobet prescrip that works well applied every 3-7 days ran out. Coconut oil seems to help. After 1 night flaking stopped. Just red and smooth. I'll continue to see if red goes away like Dovobet did. Might be worth trying. Does anybody tried this therapy. Apparently they work with your dna. Some guy actually contacted me and asked if I would be interested. As he heard about me having psoriasis and would give me a test for free. But I don't know what it is. Can anybody help
