If I knew then what I know now...

Adjusting to a new diagnosis with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis can be difficult, and for many people it leads to a lot of trial and error to find a “new normal.” What do you wish you’d known about living with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis when you were first diagnosed?

I eat salad 4 nights out if 7!
Mostly plant based diet.
Don't do well with meat. Mostly chicken, some fish and live my veggies. Love swimming but too… read more
