Reducing Stress With Psoriasis (Infographic)

Psoriasis and stress tend to have a cyclical relationship. While the symptoms of psoriasis can cause stress in people who have the condition, stress can also be a trigger for flare-ups.

Members of MyPsoriasisTeam often talk about how stress affects their psoriasis symptoms. “I'm having a lot of stress right now and am having a bad flare-up of both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis,” one member wrote. Another said, “I am having a bad flare — I've had a lot of anxiety and stress lately.”
