I found that Hypericum Oil took a lot of the redness out of the highly inflamed areas. My naturopath tried it on me and it was good. I understand needing to try and cover the redness on your face up but the foundation is probably aggravating your skin too. Maybe try an organic product and only wear when you really have to. I also found that stress was a major factor in the inflammation of my psoriasis and I've been seeing a Psychologist to help me to learn some techniques to manage that. So far, so good. I wish you all the very best with your treatments and recovery.

I found out that being in UV light can actually activate your skin despite using sunscreen . Make -up can make it worse in sunlight. Stay out of sunlight between 10.00am and 16.00 when UV is the highest. Only go out in sunshine for no more than 10 minutes and cover up with a hat at that time. make-up is fine when going out for dinner, but not during the day when shopping in the sun.

I found that sunscreen made my face break out and then the psoriasis followed --- I use only sponified olive oil soap , unscented on my face and no scrubbing

The best thing that I have found over the steroid creams, and many many other things has been cooking grade coconut oil-bought mine from Costco as it is by far the least expensive- and the highest grade of tea tree oil you can find. During the day I wear it under my makeup. And at night I have a combo of tea tree oil/lavender coconut oil . It feels amazing helps you sleep, decreases inflammation and helps to heal the skin. Literally the only thing I have found that works :) hope this helps.

Wash your face with apple cider vinegar diluted with equal amount of water. Try for 1 week.
