Yes, be very careful what you use on your face, strong steriods and creams can cause it to flare even more, best to get a special face safe cream from your dermo/doctor

I use been ovate scalp application on my face. I know it is a no no as it contains steroid., but after discussing with my doc, as long as it is used sparingly and for a short time t is ok

I use protopic for my face
