Foods to avoid include fried food, preservatives, pre-packaged food and processed food. Also, anything with food additives for thickening, dyes, hydrogenated oils and peanut butter. Best to use single ingredient items. Best foods are lots of fruits and veggies that have variety in color, oils and fish with Omega 3,6, turkey and chicken, Coconut and Virgin Oil Oil, eggs, flax seed, honey, mushroom (Particularly Asian Mushroom that are dried and packaged and need to be reconstituted with water. Drinking less diet or regular soda and much more water. I drink 2 Tbsps. of non-pasturized and organic Apple Cidar Vinegar and dilute Coconut Oil in water. I make smoothies loaded with a variety of fruits and veggies including blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, red grapes, apples, kale, spinach and carrots. All great anti- inflammatory agents, immune boosters, know to reduce disease symptoms or prevent future diseases. They contain Vitamin A, B's, C, D, E and K plus minerals and electrolytes that help with maintaining proper ph balance and improve and repair cells, assist in neuron functions for serotonin uptake, on so much more.

No sugar or processed food. Keep caffeine at a minimum. Some say night shades cause flairs. Diets are difficult though. You just need to start eliminating certain foods to see if they are the culprits. Google diets for psoriasis or go on Facebook and do a search.🤗

The old food debate can go on for ages, around and around in circles, never ending trial and error. Personally I find a well balanced diet without any processed foods is sustainable. Always eat 'fresh' - it takes no longer to cook a nice piece of salmon/chicken/steak with a fresh salad and dressing ........ and best of all it's yummy !
