I have found there are so many foods and drinks that aggrevate my condition that's its difficult to formulate a diet that avoids inflammatory foods and includes only foods that are beneficial to healing and treating the condition. What should I concentrate on, fruit and vegetables and if yes which ones do I consume and which should I avoid? Hi there! I have found the nice I changed my diet I have been symptom free for 1 1/2 years now and off medication. In addition to my diet, avoiding stress triggers is a huge help. Deep breathing and meditation and simply letting things go that I used to try to control. I have learned to walk away a lot. I became certified in integrated nutrition and have been eating gluten and dairy free with emphasis on anti inflammatory diet and I am proud to say it has worked.
ProBiotics for gut health and immunity has really helped me with flare ups.
I have no answer for you about relief of your stress. Your story has touched me - just wanted you to know. Nothing last forever believe it or not. A rare steak! But I am dealing with possible ulcer now. Sick to my stomach all day. Pills are not helping. If I nibble on cookies helps. The belches are embarrassing!
