My Dr said auto immune and gut..I now take probiotics and saline nasal rinse..helping.. Ps arthritis is auto immune too.. I believe all of us who have this have allergies too...

I agree a good detox you have to get the free radical out first..And then a good vitamin as well as garlic and flax ..stay away from processed foods ..they only drag you down ..you might try going organic see if that helps both on the inside and out ..
