I recently had a really bad flare up and when I started healing I noticed little dips or pits in my nails. I asked my dermatologist about it and he said: "people say your eyes are the window to your soul, your nails are the window to your health" the pits in my nails will stay for a long time but eventually grow out, its just a reminder of how very sick I was. But I started healing now and my nails have never grown so fast and strong!
